Lindsey and Ashley met in 2023 at Walt Disney World and instantly clicked. Lindsey was the Walt Disney World expert while Ashley was the Disneyland girl, and that was just the beginning of how perfectly they complemented each other as their friendship — and eventually their business — grew.
At the time, both were planning vacations, learning social media, raising families, and navigating everyday life. As they worked together more, they realized they shared the same goal: creating a smoother, less stressful planning experience for both their clients and themselves.
Together, they began building detailed planning guides, helpful email resources, and easy-to-reference information for both Disney World and Disneyland. Their goal was simple — make sure every client felt informed, prepared, and supported throughout the planning process. Instead of clients feeling overwhelmed or unsure what to ask, they had the tools and guidance to feel confident every step of the way.
Lindsey has always been a big dreamer and dreamed of one day starting her own travel agency. With Ashley’s supportive heart beside her, that dream became Something Magical Travel Company.
From the very beginning, they knew they wanted to build something different — not only for clients, but for the planners on their team as well.
At Something Magical Travel Company, our planners are never left to “figure it out” on their own. We provide guides, resources, training, and ongoing support so every planner feels confident serving their clients well. We believe that when planners feel supported, clients feel the difference too.
Many times when booking with a travel planner, you don’t always know what kind of experience you’ll receive because every planner operates differently. At Something Magical, we work hard to create a consistent, high-quality experience no matter which planner you work with.
Our hope is that you find a planner you genuinely trust and connect with — someone who makes vacation planning feel easy, exciting, and seamless. That way, when you finally arrive at your destination, you can focus less on logistics and more on making memories.
